Since 2001, Billy’s Bakery has provided customers with only the best quality, European-style Artisan Breads, Pastries and Desserts. We take pride in making everything the old-fashioned way: with top quality ingredients, patience, skill and tender loving care. It is a labor of love that begins each morning around midnight. We work through the night to provide our customers with the freshest products and hire only the most talented and friendliest people to ensure that our customers love their experience. Our sourdough breads are made with a classic French sourdough starter or “levain” and are proofed and baked to perfection each morning.
Billy’s was inspired by Bill Hollis and his family of fellow bread enthusiasts. After 17 years, Billy retired and handed this town landmark over to Kleban Ventures. Many of Billy’s original staff members have stayed on to guide the bakery through this transition. Kleban Ventures aims to preserve the integrity of this beloved bakery and eventually, grow the wholesale business to make Billy’s Bakery accessible to an even wider community.
